The Municipality of Doren is seeking an experienced Construction Manager (m/f/d) to lead a new urban construction project. The Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the entire construction project, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and managing quality control.

Requirements:

• Completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in construction management
• In-depth knowledge of construction planning and execution
• Team-oriented with strong leadership skills

Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
